Small silver salver inscribed as presentation by Dunraven Constitutional Club, Penygraig to Sir Gwilym Rowlands (MP for Flint 1935-1945) on occasion of his knighthood. Salver rests on four feet, with plain centre, and with decorative gadrooned edge.
