I am writing about the art of WWI and would like to reproduce this image in it. The name of the book is "Painting America's Portrait - How Illustrators Created America" and you can find information about it at www.comonwealthbooks.org. Can you advise me on how to acquire a hi-res image of the painting and permission to reproduce it in my book.
Thank you,
James C. Thompson
