Coffee pot, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a rounded spreading foot-rim, pear-shaped body, beak spout with slight moulding to the underside, undulating loop handle, domed cover with to the centre a pine cone finial; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the front of the coffee-pot a rural landscape with two figures in a boat on a river, scattered sprigs of naturalistic flowers around the rest of the exterior body of the coffee pot, to the top of the cover a small rural landscape with a distant building, and a floral sprig, gilt edges to the lip-rim, spout and the rim of the cover, the underside of the spout, the handle, and the finial on the cover picked out in gilt.
