The Purchaser's Shopping Card, issued by the Ministry of Food in 1919 - 1920 to ration the consumption of butter and sugar. Grid of dated and numbered squares printed inside for calculating rations. Instructions printed on back. Used by the Hoyle family of Llandaf, Cardiff.
