Centre dish, soft-paste porcelain with a creamy translucency; standing on a circular, tall, stepped pedestal base with central ridge and collar; dish with rounded spreading sides to shoulder, and flared sides to lobed lip, with six large and six small lobes; two rectangular, fluted, loop handles on either side below lip; painted with sprays of blue lupins and a pink rose, five inside dish, eight on exterior of dish, with blue flower sprigs on the pedestal.
