Typed in black ink on white paper. Also contains a 'with compliments' slip stapled to the front of the letter, printed in black ink on off-white paper. A letter from Sir Hubert Houldsworth, Chairman of the NCB S.W Division, to D.M. Rees, regarding G.S Morgan and the benefits/allowances afforded to his position as production director of N.C.B. S.W division. Letter dated 12th February, 1954.
