Hat designed and made by Dai Rees, Bridgend born milliner and designer, for his spring 2001 collection. Double fan of dyed pink turkey feathers decorated with polyester glitter. Attached to small styro foam pad which sits on head (at front), with elastic band to hold hat in place.
