Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
A brown envelope containing an agreement and two sets of correspondence. The agreement is between Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. and the Great Western Railway Company, granting the right to excavate clay from land at Cwmbran. Typed in black ink on cream paper- three pages stapled together. Dated September 2nd 1918. The envelope also contains two sets of correspondence relating to the agreement. Both sets are held together with treasury tags,and each contains four letters. Includes letters from Great Western Railway, Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. and The Urban District Council of Llanfrechfa Upper. Letters date between 13th February and 20th March 1924.
