Teapot and cover, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a foot rim, globular body, moulded wishbone handle with thumb piece, moulded up-curved spout, shallow domed cover with bud shaped finial, chain between cover and handle; decorated in underglaze blue with 'Fels und Vogel' (rock and bird) pattern, cover with foliate decoration within concentric lines, two concentric lines to foot rim, border of double loops on shoulders.
