Letter re. the Melingriffith Co. Ltd iron bridge tolls
Handwritten in black ink on cream, lined paper. A letter containing an account given by the toll collector at the iron bridge between Morganstown and Tongwynlais (owned by the Melingriffith Co. Ltd). The letters relay two separate confrontations with people attempt to cross the bridge without paying the toll. These accounts relate to events on January 1st 1927.
