Salmon and Onions

The Recipe

You will need

  • salmon steak (medium-sized)
  • one onion, sliced
  • bacon fat

Method

  1. Boil the salmon steak in salt water for about two minutes only.  
  2. Drain well and remove all bone and skin. 
  3. Flake the salmon and fry in bacon fat with the sliced onion.
