The Recipe
You will need
- salmon steak (medium-sized)
- one onion, sliced
- bacon fat
Method
- Boil the salmon steak in salt water for about two minutes only.
- Drain well and remove all bone and skin.
- Flake the salmon and fry in bacon fat with the sliced onion.
