Bacon, Cheese and Onions

The Recipe

You will need

  • bacon rashers
  • cheese
  • onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Place bacon rashers on an enamel or an over-proof plate, cover with fairly thick slices of cheese and top with a thick layer of chopped onion. 
  2. Cover with another plate and bake in a slow oven.
