Groats Pudding

A traditional dish served with goose for Christmas dinner.

The Recipe
You will need
- oat groats
- water
- black treacle
Method
- Boil a few cupfuls of groats in water with a little black treacle.
- When soft, drain the groats, and pour into a large dish.
- Add more treacle, to taste, whilst warm.
