This 10th - 11th century cross was first noted in c.1693 in use as a footbridge at a farm called Cwrt-y-Defaid. It has been photographed here in the grounds of Margam Abbey. It is now housed in Margam Stones Museum. Amgueddfa Cymru has a cast of the stone in its collection.
