This image shows one part of a 9th century cross- carved stone in the position in which it was first noticed in 1872, built as two quoins in the medieval church tower. The church was restored in the 1870s and in 1912. By 1922 the stones had been removed from the tower and set up inside the church. Amgueddfa Cymru has a cast of the stone in its collection.
