I believe I have a connection to this photograph.

My recently deceased father in-law owns the number plate EY33 which I believe features in this photograph. Unfortunately the quality of the photograph is such that I cannot make out which car it is attached to. I do know the car was a green two seater Phaeton

Can anyone help me identify which car it is attached to or provide a better quality photograph.
