Come along and join our very own Second Augustan Legion
Meet our Centurion, take a look at some armour, weapons and military equipment from the Roman army and find out what life was like for a Roman soldier on the edge of the empire.
Have you got what it takes to be a Roman legionary?
There’ll also be an opportunity to try on Roman armour and learn to march with the Centurion using Latin commands.
Finish off with a certificate saying you joined the Roman army.
This activity lasts an hour.
On Wednesday the 27th March the 11am and 3pm sessions will be delivered in the Welsh language. Welsh learners welcome.
