Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Following the latest announcement from Welsh Government, we are planning to reopen the outdoor grounds of St Fagans National Museum of History four days a week (Tuesday,Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) from 4 August. All visitors will need to pre-book a freeticket for their visit. Information on how to pre-book will be shared closer to the date of opening. We are also planning limited reopening of Wales’ other national museums. This will be in two phases and is dependent on the continued easing of restrictions in the coming weeks:

During w/c 24 August: National Museum Cardiff, National Slate Museum and National Waterfront Museum.

1 September: National Wool Museum, Big Pit and National Roman Legion Museum
