Card payment only in cafes.

Due to an unforeseen issue, we are unfortunately not able to take cash payments at our cafes until further notice. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We understand that some of our guests prefer to pay with cash, and we want to assure you that Amgueddfe Cymru is committed to providing the option to pay with cash in the long term. We will strive to correct the current issue and reinstate the option to pay with cash as soon as possible.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome to explore the outside areas of the museum on a short lead (not extendable). You will be asked to swap your extendable lead for a short lead at the reception desk.
