Event:Summer of Fun - Fruit Friends

Join artist Evie Banks for a Clay Play workshop that encourages young people to create anthropomorphic fruit models.  The works will be saved and displayed at the Amgueddfa Cymru Food Festival at St Fagans in September.  No booking is required, just drop in on the day and get involved.  

 

These activities are being organised by Amgueddfa Cymru and the Federation of Welsh Museums & art Galleries as part of the Summer of Fun initiative, which is funded by the Welsh Government

Opening Hours

10am – 5pm daily (open Bank Holiday Mondays)

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to conduct bag searches when entering the museum.

Admission is free, however a charge may apply for some exhibitions, events and activities.

Parking

If you are driving to St Fagans, you will have to pay for parking. The cost is £7 per day and can be paid by cash or card. FREE for disabled badge holders and motorbikes. 12 month season ticket available. This charge is for parking only – entry to the Museum remains free.

Eat, drink, shop

  • Our cafes and restaurant will be open during your visit. 
  • The Museum shop will be open during your visit.
  • You are welcome to bring a picnic to the Museum.
