Event:Justice is Served
Briddgariot Productions presents the gripping tale of Justice Is Served, a compelling blend of radio broadcast and live theatre written by Anthony Wright, directed by Robert Marrable, and produced by Kiani Perera.
Join us for an unforgettable journey through time with Vernon Morgan, a Jamaican migrant navigating 1950s Wales.
In his search for new beginnings and prosperity, Vernon delves into the fabric of Welsh society, finding himself entangled in a web of moral dilemmas.
Drawing from personal inspiration, Anthony Wright pays homage to his father, Victor Wright, a Jamaican migrant who arrived in Wales during the Windrush era. Through this theatrical account, Anthony sheds light on the overlooked stories of Black Welsh miners.
Don't miss this opportunity to witness history come alive on stage as we explore the complexities of identity, justice, and the human spirit.
