Visit St Fagans and meet our Miller. 

Find out about the daily work of a miller and learn how flour was processed at the Mill.  

This free tour for blind and visually impaired visitors will explore the Flour Mill at St Fagans through audio description.  

The wheel will be working and there will be opportunities to test different historic methods of corn grinding, using stone querns or grinding stones.

1 ticket entitles you to bring an accompanying companion.   
Please let us know if you intend to do so, or to bring a guide dog or would like a museum guide provided.

Opening Hours

10am – 5pm daily (open Bank Holiday Mondays)

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to conduct bag searches when entering the museum.

Admission is free, however a charge may apply for some exhibitions, events and activities.

Parking

If you are driving to St Fagans, you will have to pay for parking. The cost is £7 per day and can be paid by cash or card. FREE for disabled badge holders and motorbikes. £30 yearly ticket in advance. This charge is for parking only – entry to the Museum remains free.

Eat, drink, shop

  • Our cafes and restaurant will be open during your visit. 
  • The Museum shop will be open during your visit.
  • You are welcome to bring a picnic to the Museum.
