Test your general knowledge and enjoy the vintage atmosphere as you and your friends compete to each win an exclusive Vulcan Ale gift set.

Important Info 

  • The Vulcan will be open from 5pm exclusively for those who have booked tickets to the pub quiz. 
  • The quiz will start at 6pm, and last orders will be called at 9:30pm.
  • The Vulcan is approximately a 10 minute walk from the entrance to the museum.
  • We operate a Challenge 25 policy - ID may be required when ordering alcoholic drinks
  • The quiz will be in English

Opening Hours

Our opening hours are changing for the winter season.

From 4 November until 28 February 2025, we will be open 10am-4pm every day.

Opening hours will be different for our Christmas events – see the event pages on our website for details.

Parking

If you are driving to St Fagans, you will have to pay for parking. The cost is £7 per day and can be paid by cash or card. FREE for disabled badge holders and motorbikes. £30 yearly ticket in advance. This charge is for parking only – entry to the Museum remains free.

You can plan your journey using the Traveline Cymru website or by calling their helpline on 0800 464 0000.

Eat, drink, shop

  • Our cafes and restaurant will be open during your visit. 
  • The Museum shop will be open during your visit.
  • You are welcome to bring a picnic to the Museum.
