Join us at the GRAFT garden this Autumn Equinox, for a seasonal supper, cooked in the wood-fired oven, and using produce grown in the garden’s bountiful beds.              
Don't miss out on this special evening of delicious food, fascinating discussions, live music and Botanical Bar with beautiful drinks and local ales.

  • Chilled cucumber soup with tarragon oil (vg/gf) 
  • Heritage tomato, shallot & thyme tart with tahini sauce (v/gfo) 
  • Clay oven roasted pumpkin, portobello mushrooms
  • Crispy chickpeas, lemon marinated kale & pickled beans (vg/gf)
  • Clay over roasted beetroot, lentils & salsa verde (vg/gf) 
  • Slow braised chard with sherry vinegar & toasted sunflower seeds (vg/gf) Shared garden mixed leaf salad with mustard vinaigrette (vg/gf) 
  • Swansea grown baked apples with cinnamon syrup & orange infused cream

Opening Hours

From Monday 4 November until Friday 22 February 2025, we will be open 10am – 4pm every day.

Christmas and New Year: Closed 24-26 December and 1 January. 

Parking

The National Waterfront Museum does not have a dedicated car park.

However, there are several pay and display car parks situated just a short walk from the Museum. You can find more information on car parking facilities here

  • Our café is open, but providing a limited offer. 
  • The Museum shop will be open during your visit.
  • You are welcome to bring a picnic , while there’s nowhere to eat these within the museum, there are benches around the marina outside which make for a nice spot.
