Event:Introduction to Spinning: From Fleece to Fabric

Join Non Mitchell, Craftsperson at the National Wool Museum, Dre-fach Felindre, Llandysul, Carmarthenshire, SA44 5UP for an Introduction to the fleece to fabric process. 

This one-day course will include sorting the wool, Carding, followed by various methods of Spinning, using the Drop Spindle, Spinning Wheels and Peg Loom Weaving to create a small cushion pad to take home.

  • Age Restriction: 16+. (16-18 year olds must be accompanied by a participating adult)
  • This course will be bilingual.
