We take no responsibility should you fail to bring your confirmation or not receive the confirmation due to the failing of your internet provider, e-mail delivery service or any other third party delivery service.
Ticket Arrival Time
Your ticket will give you a ticket arrival time to the JobaKnock waiting area. Please arrive at Big Pit at least 15 minutes prior to the time stated on your ticket. This will allow time for your party to be checked in at the shop and to make your way up to the entrance of the Underground Tour.
Late arrivals cannot be accommodated. If you arrive after the end of your ticket arrival time you will not be given a refund.
Big Pit will only refund tickets in the event of a delay that results in temporary closure of the underground for technical reasons.
If a ticket arrival time is missed it may be possible to allocate a later time slot on the same day, but this is subject to availability. On busy days this may not be possible. Visitors will be advised at the Big Pit Reception Area.
Tickets are not for resale and are non-transferable.
We reserve the right to amend a ticket arrival time once it has been issued to you, but we will endeavour to notify you as soon as we become aware that this is necessary.
