Patchwork bedcover
Patchwork bedcover made at Gelli-Dywyll, Llanbrynmair, in the mid-1800s. Top cover has nine panels of alternating Turkey red and white flower heads with star centre. Each panel is quilted with a circular double feather motif in centre and quarter circle in each corner. The whole bedcover is edged with feather border. Backed with white cotton, no filling.
