Patchwork bedcover
Velvet and silk crazy patchwork bedcover. Made in 1895 by Mrs Ann Jenkins of Croston, Roose, for her daughter whose name is embroidered on it. Blue border embroidered in yellow, with inner border of stamped black velvet on three sides (one side covered with yellow embroidery). Green cotton sateen lining. Inscription in corner: C.J.Jenkins Roose X 1895.
