Sarah Minwel Tibott was an oral historian, anthropologist, folklorist and researcher of Welsh food. She was a pioneer of women's studies in Wales and an expert on domestic life and traditional food. As assistant keeper at St. Fagans National Museum of History she carried out fieldwork across Wales, documenting the lives and traditions across Wales.
