Evans & Glasson, Cambrian Pottery (1851 - 1862)
Basin, earthenware, standing on a cylindrical tapering foot-rim, bell-shaped body with rounded sides and flaring everted rim; transfer-printed in grey-brown with the 'Googerat' pattern , to the centre of the well a small sprig of flowers, to the interior and exterior sides of the basin a wide border of large sprays of flowers and foliage interspersed with elaborate scrolled foliate motifs, narrow border to the outer-rim of scrolling foliage on a grey-brown ground.
