Handwritten in black and red ink on cream paper. Contains five wax seals. Three pages held together with ribbon. Contains a lease of a piece of land at Cwmbran for a brickyard - leased by Mr Joseph Robinson Esq (and his mortgagees) to Mr Henry Parfitt. Dated 12th June 1874 Also includes an agreement modifying the lease, dated October 5th 1878. Also includes a surrender made by Mr H.H. Haden and another to Messrs Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds. Dated 2nd November 1907. 86.171I/575 - 591 are contained within a card document wallet.
