Agreement handwritten in black and red ink on white paper. Agreement between Mrs Mary Jones to Mr Joseph Gregory, for the lease of minerals under a portion of Pentrepiod Farm, Trevithin. Dated 24th April, 1897. Stamped on the first page with 'one pound' stamp. Added to the document in 1901 is an assignment, assigning the property from Mr Joseph Gregory to Mr David Buck. Contains two wax seals.
