• Shadow front-of-house staff – this could be on the reception desk, in the gallery or in the shop.

• Placements are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee a placement for everyone – but we will do our best!

To support people on a placement we:

• reimburse travel expenses to and from the Museum.
• provide any clothing that may be required for the role for example overalls, uniform, boots, etc.
• offer discounts in our cafés and shops.
• provide references at the end of the placement.
