Many Roman Gods and Goddesses have an animal to represent them. 

Through the use of objects and images this display highlights some of these animals and how they were shown in Roman culture.

  • The Gallery has no facility for refreshments but there are number of catering outlets in Caerleon town centre.
     
  • The Museum shop will be open during your visit.
  • You are welcome to bring a picnic, while there’s nowhere to eat these within the museum, there are areas outside which make for a nice spot.

Parking is either on Broadway (next to the amphitheatre), Museum Street (limited parking) or off High Street, adjacent to the Baths. Cycle stands are available at the amphitheatre.
