Vale Restaurant, St Fagans National Museum of History
Vale Restaurant, St Fagans National Museum of History

At St Fagans we pride ourselves in providing good quality food that is cooked on site using local, Welsh products whenever possible.

As part of the preparations for the Museum’s redevelopment project, the Vale Restaurant is now closed. However, a new food outlet, Yr Odyn, has recently been opened, where hot and cold food is served. It is situated on the previous pottery site.

Gwalia Tea Rooms is a traditional 1930s tea room serving light lunches and afternoon teas.

High-chairs are available at the above outlets.

There is also a picnic area just inside the open-air section, and the Museum’s bakery also sells delicious bread and snacks
