Course: Welsh Frame Basket Weaving
These lovely little baskets are one of the oldest design of basket, made by weaving onto a hoop and adding ribs as you go. They are very typical of Welsh Baskets. On this course you will learn how to weave a handle, attach to the hoop with a simple lashing, insert ribs and weave with welsh grown willow to make a gorgeous, egg, peg or foraging basket - just right for berry picking season.

This course will be held at St Fagans National Museum of History. Use postcode CF5 6XB for navigation.

Please park in the visitor car park, a charge of £7 per car applies and can be paid by cash or card.
