Event:Festival of Archaeology: Make a pot

St Fagans National Museum of History
Finished

For the Festival of Archaeology at St Fagans we’ll be celebrating one of the most useful and humble of archaeological finds – the pot!

Pottery is often found in archaeological digs and it can tell us a lot about the people who used it.

See and handle some real Roman pots and make your own Bronze Age pygmy pot.
These little cups were decorated by hand using natural materials, so yours will be truly unique!

To make a pot is Pay What You Can with a minimum donation of £1.
This activity is located at Gweithdy.
