Museum Mystery 

A museum maintenance worker has been found unconscious by a security guard during a routine morning patrol… 

At first, it appeared to be a simple workplace accident, but investigators soon uncovered evidence suggesting something far more sinister. 

Recently, the Museum unveiled a spectacular new display featuring a 16th-century treasure hoard recovered from the wreck of the Ann Francis. Nestled amongst the dazzling gold and silver coins, is an intricate combination lock from one of the treasure chests, a puzzle that has remained unsolved for centuries. 

Excitement grew when museum staff discovered a second sister lock from the same hoard!. Scheduled to go on display today, the newly found lock is believed to contain a hidden map that could lead to a fortune secretly buried by the notorious smuggler Francis Shaxton. 

But when the curator went to retrieve the artefact from the museum vault this morning, it had vanished..! 

There were no signs of forced entry, no damaged locks, and no evidence of a break-in. Whoever took the sister lock appears to have known exactly where it was kept and had authorised access to the vault. 

Now, with a museum employee injured and a priceless artefact missing, police believe this could be an inside job. 

Your mission is to examine the evidence, and use scientific investigation techniques to work through the suspects before the trail goes cold. ….🔎🔐🏴‍☠️
