Event:Sound Bath with The Silence Within

National Waterfront Museum

...Tickets available soon...

Surrounded by Museum collections and centuries of stories, we are delighted to partner with The Silence Within to offer a truly special sound bath experience at the National Waterfront Museum.

Beneath the soaring beams of our beautiful Warehouse gallery, settle in, get comfortable, and simply allow the sounds of the instruments to wash over you. This is an opportunity to pause, let go of the day, and spend an hour where nothing is expected of you.

What is a sound bath?

Maybe you've found yourself…

  • Mentally exhausted
  • Constantly switched on
  • Carrying responsibility for everyone else
  • Wondering where your energy went

If any of those feels familiar, you're not alone.

A Silence Within sound bath isn't about learning how to meditate.

It isn't about clearing your mind.

It isn't about achieving anything.

It's simply an hour where nothing is expected of you.

You can lie down, get comfortable, and simply listen.

Some people drift into deep rest.

Others simply enjoy having nowhere else to be.

There is no right way to experience it.

No experience is needed.

Just arrive exactly as you are.
