Course:Introduction to Spinning: From Fleece to Fabric
Join Non Mitchell, Crafts Person at the National Wool Museum, for an Introduction to Spinning.
This one-day course will include sorting the wool, Carding and Blending, followed by various methods of Spinning, using the Drop Spindle, Spinning Wheels and Peg Loom Weaving to create a small cushion pad to take home.
- You are welcome to bring a packed lunch or visit our on-site catering facilities.
- All tickets for this event must be purchased in advance.
- This course takes place at National Wool Museum. Use postcode SA44 5UP for satnav.
- Age Restriction: 16+. (16-18 year olds must be accompanied by a participating adult)
- This course will be bilingual.
