The Museum reserves the right to cancel or change a talk date/dates.
In these circumstances, the Museum will try to arrange an alternative date/dates. If an alternative cannot be agreed, then a full refund will be offered.
Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum Wales are unable to offer any refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend the talk you have booked.
In exceptional circumstances*, where you have contacted the Museum at least 4 weeks prior to the date of your talk, we will consider offering an alternative date or a full refund.
No alternative arrangements will be offered if the following circumstances apply:
• A booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks from the date of the talk (unless a waiting list for the talk exists and the place can be re-sold at short notice)
• You are unable to attend the talk due to travel problems, poor weather or cancellations by travel operators.
