Join us this Summer for a range of free drop-in activities across the Museum.

*Discover our new interactive Woolly Tale Family Trail

*Explore our Meadow Trail

* Drop-in crafts in our new Make and Create Space. Activities will vary throughout the summer and may include lavender bags, summer flowers, pom poms and more

*Enjoy hands-on Art Cart crafts for children

*Watch a variety of craft and historic machinery demonstrations taking place throughout the week.

Please note that activities and demonstration times may vary each day. If you would like to check what is taking place on a specific day, please ring the Museum before your visit on 02920 573070.

 Eat, drink, shop

Our café serves a selection of hot and cold drinks, cakes and snacks. Please note that the museum café closes at 4pm. The Museum shop will be open during your visit. You are welcome to bring a picnic , while there’s nowhere to eat these within the museum, there are benches outside which make for a nice spot.

Please note that the car park gates will be locked at 5pm. So if your vehicle is still in the car park after 5pm, we hope you brought a sleeping bag!
