Details of courses are correct at the time of publication, but the Museum reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the programme. Students booked on affected courses will be notified at the earliest opportunity.
Course places must be paid for at the time of booking. You place is not secure until paid for in full.
The Museum reserves the right to cancel or change a Course date/dates.
In these circumstances, the Museum will try to arrange an alternative date/dates. If an alternative cannot be agreed, then a full refund will be offered.
Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum Wales are unable to offer any refunds should you decide to cancel or are unable to attend the course you have booked.
In exceptional circumstances*, where you have contacted the Museum at least 4 weeks prior to the date of your course, we will consider offering an alternative date or a full refund.
No alternative arrangements will be offered if the following circumstances apply:
Please note that travel or accommodation expenses will not be compensated should a Course be cancelled or re-arranged for an alternative date, either by the Museum or yourself. If you are making significant travel arrangements to attend a Course, you should consider flexible booking arrangements or travel insurance.
