Head of Commercial Income Generation, National Museum Cardiff

Contract: 37 hours a week. Permanent.
Salary: Grade H: £49,833.25 - £61,512.42

We are looking for an experienced manager and a confident communicator to fill the post of Head of Commercial Income Generation. The Head of Commercial Income Generation will support the development and delivery of strategic plans and annual operational plans. The post holder will have overall responsibility for the management and leadership of our Commercial Trading Operators and will develop, motivate and inspire them to perform to the best of their ability, exceed the targets set and deliver an excellent service to all customers.

Excellent interpersonal skills is essential and ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
